Consultation: Consultation sessions may receive a full refund as long as a cancellation request is sent to Support@multifaminvestor.com at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Please allow up to 14 business days to process the refund. There are no refunds for missed appointments, or cancellation requests sent less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
Appointments are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Only one reschedule per paid appointment is considered, on a case-by-case basis, and only after requesting the reschedule by emailing Support@multifaminvestor.com at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.
