50 Minute 1-on-1 Consultation

Description

This 50 minute zoom session will cover, in more detail, some of the key lessons learned and described in the e-book “A First-time Journey into Multi-Family Investment Property Ownership”, including a more in-depth overview of the financial history of the subject property. While there is a formal “script” the consultant uses to guide the discussion, it is fluid and ultimately left to the client to determine the path and direction of the consultation. Additionally, the client is welcome to discuss potential properties they have been considering, or any of the sticking points and mental blocks that have prevented them from taking the next step into multi-family property ownership. All information discussed during the consultation is kept confidential; consultant is prohibited from taking any stake or position in the properties discussed without express written approval from client.

Consultant will select one from the three, or email you with an alternative if your preferred timeslots are already booked. Meetings will take place over Zoom and a meeting link will be emailed to you.
